*Poke.* That’s what I think great design research does. It helps us uncover what people love, hate and have biases against so we can develop our concepts further to surprise, delight, and bring joy to our users, stakeholders and maybe even, the world. 

Prototypes aren't just for designers or engineers.  As a design strategist, I believe we can prototype business models and phase learning to gain confidence in new ideas so they can make it to the market. 

Digital or Physical?  Both. I love the way digital devices foster better decision making and communication between people. But I also love getting my hands dirty and making something.
