Thank you for framework on how design + business can go together. Many of the examples that you used are now the ones that I hear over and over again. It's just because they're so damn good.
Having been inside and outside of the company, I see why it was so powerful - design isn't something that a company just "does" or have bodies put against.
Design thinking needs to be integrated into the product development process and into the culture.
